Leah Pence is the visionary founder and owner of Dorothy Technology. With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Leah has been instrumental in building hotels, a property management firm, an event company and restaurants. Leah is a former visiting university professor at James Madison University, teaching in the college of business and served her in the United States Peace Corps.
Under her leadership, Dorothy Technology has become a trusted partner for resellers, manufacturers and the construction industry.
Leah’s commitment to excellence, combined with her collaborative leadership style, ensures that every project is executed with precision and care. Her philosophy is simple: invest in people, share power, openly communicate and find 100 ways to say yes.
Dan has an extensive background from different industries with global experience in financial planning and analysis, M&A, financial systems and shared services. Dan is currently the CFO for Aditi Consulting where he leads the finance, IT and strategic planning functions and also sits on the board of directors for ArmorWorks and Dorothy Technology. Throughout his career, Dan has been involved on both the buy and sell side of over 15 transactions helping organizations successfully realize the expected synergies and transaction outcomes. Dan has worked at Bluum, ArmorWorks, TechData, Avnet, General Dynamics and Motorola. Dan is a CPA and has a Bachelor’s of Accounting from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Arizona State University. Dan was named twice to the Titan 100 – Phoenix and was a CFO of the Year finalist by FEI.
